It has come to our notice that some organizations/individuals are fraudently, illegally and malafide , misusing the name of ALL INDIA COUNCIL OF HUMAN RIGHTS, LIBERTIES AND SOCIAL JUSTICE (AICHLS), by falsely impersonating and misrepresentating as the official representative of the All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice (AICHLS), and also using our official address and Phone No.

All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice is a registered organization under The IndianSocieties Registration Actof1860 and also with Planning Commission of India under NGO Partnership System, having the registered Main Office in Delhi with several State Offices across India All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice (AICHLS) , is the only one organization with the said name and it has no subsidiary/associate organizations anywhere.All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice is a registered organization under The IndianSocieties Registration Actof1860 and also with Planning Commission of India under NGO Partnership System, having the registered Main Office in Delhi with several State Offices across India All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties and Social Justice (AICHLS) , is the only one organization with the said name and it has no subsidiary/associate organizations anywhere.

These unlawful elements are also indulging in fraudently appointing Applicants to different positions and power as Office Bearers without having any authority and jurisdiction to do so. The Public in General At Large is hereby notified not to deal or associate directly or indirectly with any such person/organization and to contact or inform the nearest Police Station or on our nearest Authorized Office or our Contact No. or email to us.

If any Applicant chooses to deal or associate with such unauthorized persons/organization and accepts position or designation/appointment of AICHLS, he/she shall do so only at his/her personal risks, costs and legal responsibility as only the National President or the Chairman of AICHLS, as displayed on its official web site, are empowered to appoint/designate the office bearers on the letter head having the authorized seal and signature.
