ORGANIZATION NAME : ALL INDIA COUNCIL OF HUMAN RIGHTS, LIBERTIES AND SOCIAL JUSTICE

ATTENDED BY : ALL THE MEMBERS OF NATIONAL GOVERNING BODY

ALL INDIA COUNCIL OF HUMAN RIGHTS, LIBERTIES AND SOCIAL JUSTICE at its Emergent Meeting of the NATIONAL GOVERNING BODY dated 20TH DECEMBER’2013 has passed the resolution.

1. That,  NATIONAL GOVERNING BODY has paid its sincere thanks and gratitude to all the respected members ofALL INDIA COUNCIL OF HUMAN RIGHTS, LIBERTIES AND SOCIAL JUSTICE for their wholehearted support and contribution for the INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS DAY AND AWARD FOR “3RD BHARATIYA MANAV ADHIKAR SAMMAN - 2013” held at India Islamic Centre Auditorium, 87 - 88, Lodhi Road ,New Delhi - 110 003 on 10th Dec’2013.

2. That, indiscipline has been noticed with the Madhya Pradash team which was lead by Mr. Atul David – State President duringfunction.

3. That , indiscipline will nevertolerated at any stage in the organisation.

4. That , Taking into the consideration of the such episodeNATIONAL GOVERNING BODY and central Disciplinary action committee which is chaired by Col.(Dr.)Shiv Pratap Singh has taken the decision to dissolve all the position/ designation & membership from all the International / National / State / District / Block / Ward / Taluka / Central governing body of All India Council Of Human Rights, Liberties And Social Justice (AICHLS) , National Council of News & Broadcasting , & National Human Rights Protection Party with immediate effect i.e :

5. That membership of All The Office Bearers (International / National / State / District / Block / Ward / Taluka / Central body / committee) has been terminated with immediate effect i.e : , who was appointed by Mr. Atul David.

6. That, Mr. Atul David has been re-appointed as full fledge STATE PRESIDENT – MADHYA PRADESH withresponsibility as NATIONAL JOINT SECRETARY – POLITICAL PARTY , NATIONAL COUNCIL OF NEWS AND BROADCASTING with immediate effect i.e :

7. That, Mr. Atulhas been given a free hand to re-admission, re-nomination / re-designation all The Members / Office Bearers (International / National / State / District / Block / Ward / Taluka / Central) with immediate effect i.e :
