Write a detailed application to the school clearly explaining your concern, grievance, harassment, discrimination, fee-related issue, mental pressure upon the child, denial of classes/examinations, humiliation, or any other misconduct faced by your child.

The application should be sent to the school authorities through Speed Post from the Post Office. Kindly preserve and safely keep:

✅ Copy of the Application

✅ Speed Post Receipt

✅ Tracking Report/Delivery Status

These documents may serve as important legal evidence in future proceedings.

Thereafter, kindly share the complete set of records with us for legal review, guidance, and further necessary legal action.

स्कूल को अपनी समस्या एवं शिकायत के संबंध में एक विस्तृत प्रार्थना पत्र लिखें, जिसमें अपने बच्चे के साथ हुई प्रताड़ना, मानसिक दबाव, फीस के कारण अपमान, क्लास/परीक्षा से रोकना, भेदभाव, धमकी अथवा अन्य किसी भी अनुचित व्यवहार का स्पष्ट उल्लेख करें।

इस आवेदन को पोस्ट ऑफिस से स्पीड पोस्ट द्वारा भेजें तथा निम्न रिकॉर्ड सुरक्षित रखें:

✅ आवेदन की प्रति

✅ स्पीड पोस्ट रसीद

✅ ट्रैकिंग रिपोर्ट / डिलीवरी स्टेटस

ये दस्तावेज भविष्य में महत्वपूर्ण कानूनी साक्ष्य के रूप में उपयोग किए जा सकते हैं।

इसके पश्चात सभी रिकॉर्ड हमें समीक्षा, कानूनी मार्गदर्शन एवं आवश्यक कार्यवाही हेतु भेजें।
